Baby Follow up and Mummy De-stress Pack - 60 minutes

The Baby Follow-Up and Mummy De-Stress Pack is designed for babies who have had an initial consultation. During the follow-up session, the mother can enjoy a 30-minute de-stress treatment that combines osteopathy and craniosacral therapy to release tension and promote relaxation.

I believe that if the mother is stressed, it can affect her baby's well-being. My goal is for both the mother and baby to be happy and relaxed together.
